力矩电流产生器是动压气浮陀螺二元脉冲调宽再平衡回路最关键部分。本文主要研究力矩电流产生器的频率特性和误差分析,同时根据实验结果评价了它的性能。所设计的力矩电流产生器大约有126db的开环增益和295~(kc)的回路带宽,通过调整补偿网络获得了最佳电流波形。同时通过优选元件使偏置电流误差、刻度因数误差和漂移减至最小,从而当电流幅值为120mA时,力矩电流产生器可获得1.25×10~(-5)的恒流精度。
Torque current generator is the most critical part of the dual-pulse pulse-width modulation and rebalancing circuit of the dynamic pressure air floating gyro. This paper mainly studies the frequency characteristics and error analysis of the torque current generator, and evaluates its performance based on the experimental results. The designed torque current generator has an open-loop gain of about 126db and a loop bandwidth of 295 ~ (kc), and obtains the best current waveform by adjusting the compensation network. At the same time, the bias current error, scale factor error and drift are minimized by the preferred components. As a result, a constant current accuracy of 1.25 × 10 ~ (-5) can be obtained when the current amplitude is 120mA.
