拜读《人民军医》杂志1991年第9期李修金等同志“内窥镜氧气快速吹干法”一文,笔者感受颇深。内窥镜氧气快速吹干法在内镜的保养方面确有独真之处,克服了在冷光源上进行内镜吹干的传统做法,不仅需时短、操作简便,而且可避免发生细菌污染或霉变。但文中提到的方法,笔者认为欠完善。第一,按文中的方法连接,由于送气送水接口与导光缆注气插头相通,送入的氧气则从注气插头漏出(注气注水按钮按压与否均见漏气),那么氧气不能吹出送气送水管道内的积水。所以,如按文中方法连接,
