加强企业的思想政治工作是社会主义国有企业在改革、开放中面临的一个重要课题。特别是在实行厂长(经理)承包经营的改革形势下,厂领导如何担负起企业思想政治工作建设的责任,是厂长(经理)面临的首要任务。本文从国有企业的实际情况出发,介绍了国有企业的厂长(经理)在加强企业思想政治工作建设中如何发挥重要作用的成功经验。厂长既是企业生产经营活动的决策者,同时又是企业职工思想政治工作建设的领导者。企业思想政治工作建设成功的经验在于坚持党委在企业内的核心领导作用,厂长以身作则,在爱党、爱国、爱集体的活动中起带头作用,协调和处理好与、党委工会、共青团关系是搞好企业思想政治工作的保证。
Strengthening the ideological and political work of an enterprise is an important issue that the socialist state-owned enterprises face in the process of reform and opening up. Especially in the implementation of the director (manager) contracting management reform situation, how the factory leadership how to shoulder the responsibility of enterprise ideological and political work, is the director (manager) is the primary task.
