邓小平的民主法制思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。它内涵丰富,博大精深,科学地回答了我国社会主义法制建设和法学研究领域中诸如社会主义国家的法的本质、民主与法制的关系、“依法治国”、法的功能与价值、市场经济法制建设等重大理论问题。邓小平关于社会主义民主与法制建设的论述,是邓小平法律思想的核心内容。在纪念中国共产党九十周年之际,重温邓小平民主法制思想,对我们今天的法治的建设和法学研究具有重要的指导意义。
Deng Xiaoping’s thought of democracy and legal system is an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory. It has abundant connotation, broad and profound scientific answer to the essence of the law of our country such as socialist countries in the construction of socialist legal system and legal science, the relationship between democracy and legal system, the function and value of law governing the country, the market economy Legal system and other major theoretical issues. Deng Xiaoping’s dissertations on the construction of socialist democracy and legal system are the core contents of Deng Xiaoping’s legal thinking. In commemoration of the 90th anniversary of the CPC, it is of great significance to review Deng Xiaoping’s thinking on democracy and legal system for the construction of the rule of law and the study of law in our country today.
