随着我国经济快速发展,职业教育所占的地位越来越重要。“双师型”师资队伍专业稳步发展是保证职业教育质量的关键要素之一,师资的专业发展其实质是教师知识结构专业化和不断优化问题。本文结合职业院校汽车类专业教师的具体情况,对当前职业学校教师专业发展进行了分析,并提出了一些思考与建议。
With the rapid economic development in our country, occupational education occupies an increasingly important position. “Dual-type ” Teachers ’professional and steady development is one of the key elements to ensure the quality of vocational education.
