1990年11月15至17日,由自治区地方志学会主办的自治区地方志首届学术年会在乌鲁木齐市红雁宾馆召开,来自自治区各地州(市)县以及自治区各厅局史志办的代表60余人出席会议。 年会交流了方志编纂经验·切磋了方志理论,对方志领域中的有关学术问题展开了热烈地讨论。
From November 15 to November 15, 1990, the first academic annual conference on local history of autonomous regions, organized by the Autonomous Regional Institute of Local Records, was held in the Hongyin Hotel in Urumqi. More than 60 representatives from state, prefecture (city) counties in autonomous regions and Shi Zhi Office, meeting. The annual exchange of experience in compilation of local records, the study of the theory of local records, and academic records in the field of local history started a lively discussion.
