对于钙拮抗剂维拉帕米(Verapamil,Ver)、硝苯啶(nifedipine,Nif)及尼群地平(nitrendipine、Nit)的免疫药理作用分别在离体条件下对正常人的免疫细胞及在整体给药条件下对小鼠的免疫功能进行了观察。 (1)对T细胞功能的影响:用3~H-TdR掺入法,3种药物以浓度依赖的方式抑制PHA刺激的人全血T淋巴细胞的增殖。IC_(50)(mol/L)分别是:Ver和Nit小于10~(-5),Nif 2.2×10~(-5)。在小鼠3种药物15mg/kg灌胃qd×8,明显抑制SRBC诱导的足跖迟发型超敏反应,但在45mg/kg时无显著作用。 (2)对B细胞功能的影响:以3~H-TdR掺入法,3种药物以浓度依赖的方式抑制葡萄球菌A蛋白(SPA)刺激的人全血B淋巴细胞的增殖。IC_(50)(mol/L)是:Ver 10~(-5)、Nif和Nit 7
