为防止焊接变形,应该从设计和工艺两方面去考虑。一、设计措施在焊接结构设计时,不仅要注意到结构强度、稳定性和经济性,而且也应估计到结构设计不合理所造成的焊接变形问题。一般应注意以下几方面: 1.在保证结构强度的前提下,应尽量减少焊缝的数量和尺寸。例如适当地采用冲压结构,或以间断焊甚至点固焊来代替整条焊缝的焊接,只在受很大力的负载下才进行双面焊接。
In order to prevent welding deformation, should be considered from both the design and process.
