7月22日,国家标准《城镇内涝防治技术规范》(GB 51222—2017)和《城镇雨水调蓄工程技术规范》(GB 51174—2017)宣贯培训在上海举办。本次宣贯培训由标准主编单位上海市政工程设计研究总院(集团)有限公司主办,上海城市排水系统工程技术研究中心和《城市道桥与防洪》杂志承办。此两部国家标准由住房和城乡建设部于2017年1月21日正式批准,2017年7月1日开始实施。目的
