文章通过对高职生就业的基本状况的分析,认为要解决高职生就业难,提高就业率,必须提升高职生的就业力,对高职教育如何提升毕业生就业力等问题提出建议。
Through the analysis of the basic conditions of employment for higher vocational college students, this paper argues that to solve the difficulties of higher vocational students’ employment and increase the employment rate, it is necessary to improve the employment ability of higher vocational college students and how to improve their employment ability.
