给出了在室温下用光热偏转技术测量的新型PbB_4O_7晶体的热扩散系数,实验结果表明,该晶体沿三个主轴方向的热扩散系数呈各向异性;对0~oY切割晶片,在X-Z平面内,热扩散系数随角度的变化关系呈椭圆分布,这与理论估算结果相符合。
The thermal diffusivity of the novel PbB_4O_7 crystal measured by photothermal deflection at room temperature is given. The experimental results show that the thermal diffusivity of the crystal along the three main axes is anisotropic. For the 0 ~ In plane, the relationship between thermal diffusivity and angle is elliptical, which is consistent with the theoretical estimation.
