采用 NC 95和 LA53两个烤烟品种,分为5个时期,即采收时、调制过程的变黄中期、变黄末期、干片末期、以及干筋末期,对中性类脂化合物的含量进行了分析研究。样品分4次采收,每次重复3次,每个样品分析了12种中性类脂成分,共取得1440项数据。此外,对所有样品都测定了钙的含量,作为检测烟叶干物重变化的标准。结论认为:1、两个品种在调制期间,大部分类脂物发生了显著的变化(己烷萃取物、茄呢醇、烃蜡和新植二烯增加,脂肪酸减少);2、两个品种之间存在一些差异;3、大部分类脂物的含量在很大程度上取决于3个因素——品种、采收时期和调制的不同阶段。
