本着伟大领袖毛主席提出的“百花齐放、百家争鸣”的方针,本文也研究了“矫直辊辊形分析计算与加工方法”这个课题,并取得了一定的结果。本文内容是:1.矫直辊辊形的定性分析;2.准双曲面辊形的计算方法;3.准双曲面辊形的加工方法;4.矫直辊倾角调整与修整。对于辊形计算,本文只需要采用两个公式,而且不需要解高次方程。一般计算工具即可满足要求。对于加工方法,是按辊形的形成原理进行加工,不需计算绘制辊形与制造精密机床和专用工具,一般工厂都可实现。这为制造和改进矫直辊开辟一条较方便的途径。本文所提出的计算方法,适用于圆材矫直机的矫直辊,对于圆材轧机以及横轧机的轧辊也有一定的参考价值。
In line with the principle of “letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend,” put forward by Chairman Mao, the great leader, this paper also studies the subject of “roll-shaped analysis, calculation and processing methods for straightening rolls” and has achieved certain results. The content of this paper is as follows: 1. Qualitative analysis of straightening roll shape; 2. Calculation method of hypoid roll shape; 3. Processing method of hypoid roll shape; 4. Straightening roll inclination adjustment and dressing. For roll calculation, we only need to use two formulas, and do not need to solve the higher order equation. General calculation tools to meet the requirements. For the processing method, it is processed according to the principle of forming a roller without the need of calculating and drawing the roller shape, and manufacturing precision machine tools and special tools. Generally, the factory can be realized. This opens up a more convenient way for manufacturing and improving straightening rolls. The calculation method proposed in this paper is suitable for the straightening roller of the round bar straightener. It also has a certain reference value for the round bar rolling mill and the roll of the cross rolling mill.
