On the morning of October 24, 2012, Anhui Province No. 9 Sports Management Cadre Training Class started classes in Anhui Institute of Physical Education. Provincial Sports Bureau party secretary and director Feng Chao, Party Secretary Ding Zimian, Dean Liang Lulin and other leaders attended the opening ceremony, from all provinces (counties, districts) frontline 32 sports management cadres to participate in the provincial Sports Bureau Lu Jiansheng, director of personnel department, presided over the opening ceremony.
