随着人类基因组计划的顺利进行 ,一个更为广阔且具活力和应用前景的研究领域人类基因组后计划已形成 ,并吸引全世界顶尖科学家和实验室参与。人类基因组后计划的研究内容主要涉及功能基因的分离、鉴定 ,其编码蛋白质的生物学功能及其可应用研究。本领域所采用的研究方法主要包括分子生物学、蛋白质组学和功能蛋白质学等实验方法。其中 ,分子生物学常用实验方法在研究中使用最广 ,可变性最大 ,且可选择最多。为提高我校广大科学研究者对分子生物学技术和实验方法有一较全面的了解和知晓本校可用的资源 ,特邀请本校分子生物学中心试验室根据其研究工作撰写有关分子生物学常用实验方法的介绍 ,并陆续在本刊上发表 ,供大家参考
