加强医院青年团员思想政治工作的实效性关系到医院未来的人才综合素质以及医院的社会效益建设,文章分析了当前医院青年团员思想工作三个方面的新要求,并提出了不断加强医院思政工作建设、通过树立典型来提升团员整体素质、构建医院思政工作双向评价机制以及根据团员所处科室特点引入激励机制四个方面的对策,希望为今后提升医院青年团员思想政治工作实效性提供参考依据。
