The construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers in poverty-stricken areas is the most important task in developing basic education in rural areas and the key to consolidating the achievements of universal compulsory education and improving the overall quality of rural school education and teaching. Only by emphasizing and strengthening the construction of teaching staff in rural schools can we improve the quality of education and teaching, enhance the overall quality of rural population and promote the development of a new socialist countryside.
