目的观察温清止痢汤联合柳氮磺胺嘧啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将66例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组34例、对照组32例,两组患者均常规服用柳氮磺胺嘧啶,治疗组在此基础上加服温清止痢汤治疗。两组均以15d为1疗程,服药2个疗程后进行治疗效果对比。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为88.24%和68.75%,两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论温清止痢汤联合柳氮磺胺嘧啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenqing Zhili Decoction combined with sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods Sixty-six patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 34) and control group (n = 32). Both groups were given sulfasalazine routinely. The treatment group was treated with Wenqing Zhili Decoction. Both groups were 15d for a course of treatment, medication two courses after the treatment effect comparison. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 88.24% and 68.75%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups in total effective rate (P <0.05). Conclusion Wenqing Zhizhi Decoction combined sulfasalazine treatment of ulcerative colitis significant effect.
