北京市房地产交易中心总经理田占雄日前证实,外省市个人在京购房持续活跃。至1999年底为止,交易中心已为外省市个人办理购房批准通知单5300多份,其中1999年有1100多份。已落实房源的达3500多份,其中1999年有1300多份。目前,交易中心平均每天接待办理近10份的外省市人士购房手续。据了解,售房手续不断简化是促使外地人在京购买商品房的主要原因之据悉,外地人所购商品房平均价位在5000元左右。田占雄认为,外省市人士是北京市房地产市场不可忽视的需求群体。以上这则来自北京经济报的消息显示,房地产交易中心开办此次业务后1997年至今的两年,共有约3500户外地人购房,成交金额约为14亿元左右。
