我院自1977年以来,坚持开展医疗统计分析工作,对提高医疗质量,加快医院建设步伐,推行医院分级管理,提高社会效益和经济收益起到了积极的作用。 (一)统计分析的意义 医院统计工作的基本步骤是收集资料、整理资料和分析资料。统计分析是统计工作的核心和重点。它是在对统计基础资料进行收集、整理、分类、归纳的基础上开展的一项直接指导医院医疗工作的重要举措。为医院领导修正和制订计划,考核指标完成情况,经营决策提供科学的依据,是实现医院管理现代化的重要手段。
Since 1977, our institute has persisted in carrying out medical statistical analysis work, which has played an active role in improving the quality of medical care, accelerating the pace of hospital construction, implementing hospital-level management, and improving social and economic benefits. (I) Significance of statistical analysis The basic steps in hospital statistics work are collecting data, collating data, and analyzing data. Statistical analysis is the core and focus of statistical work. It is an important measure that directly guides hospital medical work based on the collection, sorting, classification, and induction of statistical basic data. It is an important means to modernize the hospital management to correct and formulate plans for hospital leaders, complete the evaluation indicators, and provide scientific basis for business decisions.
