国际化经营是中小科技企业生存和发展的必由之路.当前我国绝大多数的中小科技企业内在素质较差,经营水平低、技术力量弱、资金短缺、装备差、信息不畅,等等。因此,中小科技企业必须加强自身建设,提高内在素质,把消极因素转化为积极因素,使其在走向国际市场的过程中逐步壮大,在国际竞争中立于不败之地。就总体而言,中小科技企业的自身建设、内在素质的提高应当是全方位的。但要有主次、轻重、缓急之分,应当有近期的安排、长远的规划,有计划有步骤的循序进行,切不可操之过急.
Internationalized management is the only way for the survival and development of small and medium-sized technology companies. At present, the vast majority of China’s small and medium-sized technology companies have poor internal quality, low operating standards, weak technical strength, shortage of funds, poor equipment, and poor information.
