我们正处于历史与未来的转捩点。在展望21世纪之际,我愿驻足回眸一瞥。让我们从中青年编辑的年龄概念谈起。对于年龄阶段的划分方法,过去一般认为,青年是指16～35岁的人,中年是指36～50岁的人。我们所说的中青年编辑,大致是指这两个年龄段的编辑。当然,这二者之间也略有差异,比如青年编辑的下限,通常至少应在22岁,因为编辑职业本身对学历有一个基本的要求,而22岁以下的人往往还未能获得大学文凭。
We are at the turn of history and the future. Looking forward to the 21st century, I’d like to give my eyes a glimpse. Let us talk about the age concept of young and middle-aged editors. For the classification method of the age stage, the past is generally considered that young people are 16 to 35 years old, middle age refers to 36 to 50 years old. What we mean by young and middle-aged editors is roughly the editors of these two age groups. Of course, there is a slight difference between the two. For example, the minimum limit for young editors should be at least 22 because the editorial profession itself has a basic requirement for academic qualifications, while those under the age of 22 often fail to obtain a university degree .
