学校体育以育人为目的,学生是体育课程的主体,学校体育课程的内容与形式都要以尊重学生、塑造学生为中心来展开设计。但是实际情况并非如此,目前学校体育教学中,仍然存在抹杀个性的教学、师生角色的错位,压抑学生自由的教学,灌输式填鸭式的教学、体育与现实生活割裂的教学等等问题,忽视了学生的主体地位。在倡导以人为本的社会发展大背景之下,需要我们构建以人为本的体育观,在此观念的指导下,加强对学校体育课程的重构,这不仅是新形势下体育课程改革的必然要求,也是发挥学生主体作用,提高学校体育课程实效性和针对性的有效举措。因此,本文在以人为本的视野下,探讨学校体育课程重构中应考虑的因素。
