目的:测定通络壮骨丸中芍药苷的含量,完善通络壮骨丸的质量标准。方法:建立HPLC法,以流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(20∶80),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长230nm。结果:芍药苷在0.0595~0.5436μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997)。6批样品中平均含量为0.75mg/g,按80%折算,暂定本品芍药苷含量不得少于0.60mg/g。结论:本方法能较好地测定通络壮骨丸中芍药苷的含量,具有提取及测定方法简便、快捷、准确和重复性好、专属性强等优点。
Objective: To determine the content of paeoniflorin in Tongluo Zhuanggu pills and improve the quality standard of Tongluo Zhuanggu pills. Methods: The HPLC method was established. The mobile phase was methanol - 0.5% glacial acetic acid solution (20:80), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results: Paeoniflorin had a good linearity (r = 0.9997) in the range of 0.0595-0.5436μg. 6 batches of samples with an average content of 0.75mg / g, converted by 80%, tentatively scheduled paeoniflorin content of not less than 0.60mg / g. Conclusion: The method can be used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in Tongluo Zhuanggu pills better. The method has the advantages of simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible method of determination and determination.
