近年来,随着我国建筑工程事业的快速发展,建筑工程企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,要想在建筑领域有一席之地,就必须要不断地加强建筑工程管理力度,使得建筑工程质量得到有效保证。而在建筑工程管理中,质量控制占据着非常重要的位置,只有质量得到有效控制,才能促进建筑工程的有序开展,从而使得建筑企业在激烈的竞争中得到可持续地发展。基于此,下面本文就建筑工程管理的质量控制要素进行了简要的分析,以期可以更好地促进建筑企业的良好发展。
