陕西省关中带不仅是中国目前最大的航空航天和国防科技装备研发与制造基地,而且是中国传统工业最密集的地区,在四十多年的发展中形成了农业、纺织、电子、煤炭、石油化工、机械装备、旅游、能源等较为完备的产业体系。因此,解决好关中带传统产业的高技术改造问题,不但可以创造以知识为核心要素的资源配置新方式,刺激和强化关中带经济发展,改变陕西省经济空间格局,而且对西部传统产业的高技术改造起到示范、带动等作用。
The Guanzhong Belt in Shaanxi Province is not only China’s largest R & D and manufacturing base for aerospace and defense technology equipment, but also the most densely populated traditional Chinese industry. In the development of more than 40 years, agriculture, textile, electronics, coal, petroleum Chemical industry, machinery and equipment, tourism, energy and other more complete industrial system. Therefore, to solve the problem of high-tech transformation of the Guanzhong belt with traditional industries, not only can we create a new way of allocating resources with knowledge as the core factor, stimulate and strengthen the economic development of Guanzhong belt, change the economic space pattern of Shaanxi Province, Technological transformation play a role model.
