目的:探究与分析如何提高银丹心泰滴丸的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中的滇丹参、绞股蓝、艾片进行薄层色谱鉴别;对检查项进行分析;采用高效液相色谱法测定银丹心泰滴丸中总黄酮醇苷含量。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰;含量测定删除原标准中三氯甲烷超声提取后挥干步骤,与原方法比计较结果无明显差异,修订后的方法更简便。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确,对其进行质量标准提高的研究,可以有效控制银丹心泰滴丸的质量。
Objective: To explore and analyze how to improve the quality standard of Yin Dan Xin Tai drop pills. Methods: Thin layer chromatography was used to identify the Danshen, Gynostemma and Alzheimer’s tablets in the prescription by TLC; the items were analyzed; the content of total flavonol glycosides in Yindanxintaidiwan was determined by HPLC. Results: Thin-layer chromatography spots were clear and negative without interference; Determination of deleted content of the original standard chloroform extraction step after drying, compared with the original method than the results no significant difference, the revised method is more simple. Conclusion: The established method is simple and accurate, and its quality standard research can effectively control the quality of Yin Dan Xin Tai drop pills.
