财务管理都是企事业单位管理工作的中心,而财务管理的中心工作则是资金管理,而预算管理工作当中则以预算管理为中心。由此可以看出,预算管理在我国的国民经济中占有非常重要的位置。如何转变管理理念,将有限的资源进行最合理的配置,使其发挥最大的功能成为各事业单位亟需解决的问题。文章对加强事业单位财务预算管理的重要性进行分析,并找出当前存在的问题,以提出合理的解决办法,从而完善事业单位预算管理工作。
Financial management is the center of the management of enterprises and institutions, while the center of financial management is the capital management, budget management, which is centered on budget management. From this we can see that budget management occupies a very important position in our country’s national economy. How to change the management idea, make the most reasonable allocation of the limited resources and make them play their utmost function has become an urgent problem to be solved by all the institutions. The article analyzes the importance of strengthening the financial budget management of public institutions and finds out the existing problems so as to put forward reasonable solutions to improve the budget management of public institutions.
