我在招聘人员时,比较喜欢在面试时突然问对方一句:“你觉得自己有哪些缺点?”我发现,有的人怕真正说出来丢了工作,就拼命表白自己没有任何缺点。其实我也不是真的想要知道他有哪些缺点,我真正的目的是要看他的临场反应能力如何。我只是想了解:他如何有技巧地表现自己的缺点,表现他的个人特质。怎么做才能在说出你的缺点的同时又得到面试官的赏识?
