检影验光法是测定屈光状态的重要检查方法之一。由于检影法与其它验光方法相比,具有简单、准确、客观、实用、迅速、易掌握等特点,因而在屈光学方面及某些眼病的诊断、治疗、判断预后中成为一项价值很高的常规检查。自检影法问世后,对其原理的解释,各国学者提出了各有不同的见解。传统的观点以共轭焦点定律为根据,对影动原理做了阐述,但学习者对此多感抽象。因此,笔者以几何光学的凸透镜成象原理为根据,用物理实验结果加以证实,对检影验光法的原理做了进一步的探讨,获得了直观、易懂的答案。现将所做的工作汇报于下,请同道们指正。
Check optometry is one of the important methods of examining refractive status. Compared with other optometry methods, retinoscopy has the characteristics of being simple, accurate, objective, practical, rapid and easy to grasp, and therefore it has become a high value in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of refractive diseases and some eye diseases Routine inspection. Self-test method came out, the interpretation of its principles, scholars from various countries have different views. The traditional view is based on the principle of conjugate focus, which expounds the principle of shadow motion, but learners are more abstract about it. Therefore, the author based on the principle of imaging of the convex lens of geometrical optics and verified by the results of the physical experiment, further explores the principle of retinoscopy, and obtains an intuitive and understandable answer.
