绥中36—1油田是我国海上发现并自营勘探开发的最大油田,面临一系列枝术难题,其工程设计和项目管理是完全靠自己的力量,采用国际标准独立进行的。投产一年多的生产实践证明工程设计是成功的。本文从工程整体方案到工艺处理系统、伴生气的利用、供电、供热、平台结构与布置等方面进行了总结,对指导今后的工程设计乃至整个工程的项目管理都有一定的参考价值。
Suizhong 36-1 Oilfield is the largest oilfield discovered and self-operatedly exploited at sea in our country. It faces a series of technical difficulties. Its engineering design and project management are based solely on its own strength and independently conducted by international standards. More than a year of production in production proves that the design of the project is successful. This article summarizes the project from the overall program to the process system, the utilization of associated gas, power supply, heating, platform structure and layout. It has certain reference value for guiding the future project design and project management of the whole project.
