在当今历史发展的新时期,高等职业技术院校的发展必须适应知识经济大环境发展的要求,信息化管理是其主要的标志,而高等院校信息化的主要标志是教学管理信息化。高职院校的管理创新是一个永恒的主题。实行计算机信息技术与高职院校教学管理信息化是高职院校教学管理改革的一种尝试。实践证明,建立和完善教学管理信息化,实行两条线管理,有利于保证教学质量的有效性和科学性,对优化教学管理、提高教学质量是有益和有效的。
