在扩散限制集团凝聚(DLCA)模型的基础上,考虑溶胶粒子的密度和能量分布对溶胶—凝胶过程初始状态的影响,编制了溶胶—凝胶成膜过程的MonteCarlo模拟软件。利用该软件对硅气凝胶膜的凝胶化过程进行了模拟,得到了薄膜生长各阶段的分形图像,计算了分形维数并讨论了硅气凝胶的生长机制。
Based on the DLCA model, the MonteCarlo simulation software for sol-gel film formation was developed considering the effects of the solute-particle density and energy distribution on the initial state of the sol-gel process. The software was used to simulate the gelation process of silicon aerogels, and the fractal images of each phase of the films were obtained. The fractal dimension was calculated and the growth mechanism of the aerogels was discussed.
