湖北潜江晋煤金华润化肥有限公司二分厂的2套200 kt/a合成氨生产装置并联运行,该2套装置于2011年6月竣工后开始试运行.在试运行期间,由于前工段造气工段在设计和安装上存在不足,导致长时间不能满负荷生产.变脱工段因刚开车期间气量小,新设备能满足试生产要求.由于缺乏中压变脱装置操作经验、脱硫剂选用不适当,再生泡沫处理不理想.至2011年11月,系统基本达满负荷生产时,发现2套装置变脱塔压差不断增大,碱液循环量被迫不断减小,甚至发生变脱塔带液现象,严重影响生产.为此,于2012年2月,对变脱塔进行了一系列改造,并更换了脱硫剂.改造后,装置运行非常稳定.
