目的剖析综合护理干预应用于宫腔镜手术中的效果。方法择选2014年5月~2016年7月期间来我院行宫腔镜手术的100例患者作为观察对象,获得患者和其家属同意后,随机均分成干预组和常规组,干预组予以综合性护理干预,常规组予以常规护理,比较两组患者护理效果。结果干预组手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率均比常规组少,干预组患者护理满意度评分和常规组对比较高,组间资料比较具有统计学意义,P均<0.05。结论在宫腔镜手术中应用综合护理干预,在很大程度上可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量和并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度评分,效果显著且良好,应用价值高,推荐临床中应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in hysteroscopic surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2014 to July 2016 were selected as the observation subjects. After consent of the patients and their relatives, the patients were randomly divided into intervention group and conventional group. The intervention group was comprehensive Nursing interventions were given routinely in the routine group, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and complication rate in the intervention group were less than those in the conventional group. The scores of nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group. The data of the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in hysteroscopic surgery can shorten the operation time to a large extent, reduce the intraoperative bleeding and complications, improve patient satisfaction score, the effect is significant and good, the application value is high.
