为了解广州市饮用水厂灌装车间的空气洁净度情况,于2010年和2011年对随机抽取的20家饮用水厂灌装车间进行空气洁净度检测,按照GB 50333—2002《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》洁净度1 000级要求进行评价。结果显示,2010年和2011年20家饮用水厂的悬浮粒子合格率分别为80%和95%,沉降菌合格率均为95%,浮游菌合格率分别为100%和95%。提示广州市饮用水厂空气洁净度水平有待进一步提高,相关部门应该制定适宜的评价标准,确保灌装车间的空气洁净度符合卫生安全的要求。
In order to understand the air cleanliness of filling plant in Guangzhou drinking water plant, in 2010 and 2011 on 20 randomly selected filling plant drinking water plant cleanliness testing, according to GB 50333-2002 “Hospital Clean Surgery Department Building Code of Practice ”cleanliness of 1000 requirements for evaluation. The results showed that the passing rates of suspended particles in 20 drinking water plants in 2010 and 2011 were 80% and 95% respectively, the passing rate of sedimentation bacteria was 95%, and the passing rates of plankton were 100% and 95% respectively. Suggesting that the level of air cleanliness of drinking water plant in Guangzhou needs to be further improved, the relevant departments should develop appropriate evaluation criteria to ensure that the cleanliness of the air filling plant in line with health and safety requirements.
