以青菜品种“热抗605”为试材,在移栽后采用5种不同浓度的京尼平苷水溶液(0、10、25、50、100mg·L~(-1))对青菜幼苗进行喷施处理,并测定叶片叶绿素相对含量SPAD值、光合速率、青菜鲜质量、干质量及含水率,分析京尼平苷对青菜光合反应及生长的促进作用,为京尼平苷在蔬菜生长过程中的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:不同浓度的京尼平苷水溶液对青菜叶片叶绿素SPAD值、光合速率及鲜干质量具有显著促进作用,但对青菜含水率并没有明显影响,京尼平苷溶液的促进作用随着浓度的上升呈现先上升后下降的趋势,在浓度为25mg·L~(-1)时,促进作用最为明显,随后呈现下降趋势,在浓度为100mg·L~(-1)时,促进效果不显著。京尼平苷能够显著促进青菜叶片叶绿素SPAD值以及叶片光合速率的提高,同时也促进青菜鲜质量及干质量的增加,但对青菜含水率没有影响,且在低浓度(25mg·L~(-1))下效果显著,高浓度(100mg·L~(-1))下效果不明显。

Geniposide could significantly promote the leaf chlorophyll SPAD value and leaf photosynthetic rate, and also promote the fresh weight and dry weight of green vegetables, but had no effect on the water content of green vegetables, and at low concentration of 25 mg · L ~ (-1) 1)), the effect was not obvious at high concentration (100 mg · L -1).
