本院泌尿科自1973年1月起,用自体肾移植治疗肾动脉狭窄肾性高血压,至今共53例(3例作双侧肾移植)。术前所有病例均经腹主动脉或选择肾功能造影证实。术后近期疗效及远期随访表明效果较为满意。
Urology since January 1973, autologous kidney transplantation for renal artery stenosis of renal hypertension, a total of 53 cases (3 cases of bilateral renal transplantation). All cases were preoperative abdominal aorta or renal function confirmed by angiography. Short-term postoperative efficacy and long-term follow-up showed that the effect is more satisfactory.
