Ganoderma lucidum (Leyss.exFr.) Karst. is one of the four famous medicines of Taishan. It has the function of strengthening the foundation, nourishing and strengthening longevity. In order to investigate the correlation between the quality and efficacy of Tai Ling Ganoderma lucidum and its trace element content, we determined the contents of 24 trace elements in wild, cultivated and different growth stages. The results are reported below. 1. Materials and Instrument Materials Wild Taishan Ganoderma lucidum was collected at Taishan; cultivation of Taishan Ganoderma Lucidum was provided by Taishan Lingzhi Development Center.
