目前,全球的变态反应性疾病不断增加,如支气管哮喘,荨麻疹,血管神经性水肿,变应性鼻炎等.50%以上的非生产性变态反应性疾病是由居室粉尘引起的.居室中化学品污染程度增加可使病人主诉相应增加,如污染指标从7假定单位增加到14,主诉将增加17.2%,而室内塑料和聚合物材料如从1.0增至1.75mg/m~3,主诉将增加28.96%.在被调查的49家单元中11家(22.45%)查到螨类变应原,其中屋尘螨有10家(20.41%);粉尘螨有3家(6.12%);
