用川芎嗪治疗肺炎及并发心衰患儿 80例 ,并与对照组 38例相比较 ,结果 :肺炎治疗组在症状、体征消失天数及胸部 X线片转阴率与对照组相比有显著差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,心衰治疗组在症状、体征消失时间方面也明显优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 )。提示 :川芎嗪对治疗小儿肺炎及并发心衰疗效明显
80 cases with pneumonia and complicated with heart failure were treated with ligustrazine and compared with 38 cases in control group. Results: There were significant differences in the days of symptom and symptom disappearance and the negative rate of chest X-ray in control group (P <0.05). The heart failure treatment group was also significantly better than the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) in terms of the disappearance of symptoms and signs. Tip: Ligustrazine for the treatment of children with pneumonia and complicated with heart failure obvious effect
