尊敬的朋友们、女士们、先生们: 信息基础结构,包括国家信息基础结构、区域信息基础结构、全球信息基础结构,已经成为我们时代一个最为引人注目的问题。今天,信息基础结构国际学术研讨会在北京召开,以中华人民共和国国务院国务委员宋健同志为首的中国政府许多部委领导人和专家学者、以全球信息基础结构委员会指导委员会主席杜根大使为首的各国专家学者出席今天的开幕式,也显示了世界同人对信息基础结构问题的高度关注。
Dear friends, Ladies and Gentlemen, The information infrastructure, including the national information infrastructure, the regional information infrastructure and the global information infrastructure, has become one of the most dramatic issues of our time. Today, the international academic seminar on information infrastructure was held in Beijing. Leaders of many ministries and experts and scholars from the Chinese government under the leadership of Comrade Song Jian, State Councilor of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China led by Ambassadors Dugan, Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Global Information Infrastructure Committee The attendance of experts and scholars at today’s opening ceremony also shows that people in the world are highly concerned about the issue of information infrastructure.
