妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)在全人类多种族中的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,其病因尚不清楚,研究认为GDM可能是多种因素起作用而引起的一种疾病,胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)和胰岛β-细胞分泌降低被认为是其发病机制的重要因素[1]。近年来研究发现IR的发生与某些脂肪细胞因子相关,这些脂肪细胞因子可能在妊娠期糖尿病的发生发展中起重要作用,本文就脂肪细胞因子的新近研究做一综述。
The prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in all human multi-ethnic groups is increasing year by year. The etiology of GDM is unclear. GDM may be a disease caused by a variety of factors. Insulin resistance insulin resistance, IR) and pancreatic islet β-cell secretion is considered an important factor in the pathogenesis [1]. In recent years, the study found that the occurrence of IR and some adipocytokines, these adipocytokines may play an important role in the development of gestational diabetes mellitus, the paper reviewed the recent research on adipocytokines.
