近年来我国出口商品频繁被外国反倾销,很大程度上是外国为维护本国的经济和政治利益而采取的歧视性政策,也与我国市场体系不完善、出口产品结构的不合理、企业经营策略欠缺等有关。为此我们应完善市场经济体制,努力争取市场经济地位,完善反倾销立法,企业要树立正确的发展战略,建立反倾销预警机制,积极应对反倾销。
In recent years, the frequent anti-dumping of Chinese exports by foreign countries is largely a discriminatory policy adopted by foreign countries to safeguard their own economic and political interests. It is also linked to the imperfect market system in our country, the irrational structure of export products, the lack of business strategies And so on. To this end, we should improve the market economic system, strive for market economy status, improve anti-dumping legislation, enterprises should establish a correct development strategy, establish an anti-dumping early warning mechanism and actively respond to anti-dumping.
