在海洋中,有一些眼睛长在身体一边的鱼类,叫比目鱼(俗称偏口鱼)。它又可分为两大类,一是鲆类,眼睛都长在左边,象牙鲆(牙片)、斑鲆(花点鲆);另一是鲽类,眼睛长在右边,如黄盖鲽(小嘴)、高眼鲽(长脖)、石鲽(石夹)等。所以老渔民简便地叫做“左鲆、右鲽”;后来科学家也以此作为重要特征,来区分鲆科和鲽科鱼类。可是,你曾见过眼睛都“跑”到左边的高眼鲽吗?这又是怎么回事呢?
