The definition of Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction = nΔΦ/Δt can be used to calculate the magnitude of the induced electromotive force in the circuit. It is not related to whether the circuit is closed or not, and the reason and method of magnetic flux change. When the magnetic flux changes non-uniformly, only the average of the induced electromotive force within Δt can be calculated according to the above equation.
