The article reviews and summarizes the work done by the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in the management of scientific funds. Through these instructions, the Science Foundation strongly supports the Institute's foundational research and promotes the growth of talent and the emergence of results. The article also made some suggestions on the work of the Science Fund.
