河南省“双增双节”运动起步早,行动快,工作抓得比较紧,并已初见成效。今年1至5月份,全省完成工业总产值占年计划的40.5%,比去年同期增长11.8%;预算内工业企业实现利润比去年同期增长8.30%;定额流动资金周转天数比上年同期加快11天;全省财政收入比去年同期增长4.6%;财政支出比去年同期下降11.3%。他们在“双增双节”运动中主要抓了以下几项工作: 一、认真宣传“双增双节”精神
