个人能力有限度近几年,基层许多工会干部在为职工群众服务过程中,尽心竭力,令人敬佩。他们有丰富的实践经验和一定的专业知识,有同广大职工群众最直接的联系,有工作热情,有对职工诉求的了解和对职工的关爱,是在基层打开工会工作局面的骨干和基本力量。他们的存在大大缓解了基层劳资矛盾,一些职工群众在生产和生活中遇到的问题也得到了解决。
In recent years, many grassroots cadres at the grassroots level are very dedicated and admirable in their service to the workers and the masses. They have rich practical experience and certain professional knowledge.
