以乙醇铝为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备出具有较高比表面积的超细氢氧化铝晶体粉末.在500℃和1200℃下煅烧这种粉末,制得了分散的球形γ和α-Al2O3粉末,平均粒径分别为40nm和100nm.文中对粉末成球的原因以及在煅烧过程中粉末的比表面积和粒径随温度变化的关系进行了讨论.
Using aluminum ethoxide as raw material, ultrafine aluminum hydroxide crystal powder with high specific surface area was prepared by sol - gel method. This powder was calcined at 500 ° C and 1200 ° C to prepare dispersed spherical γ and α-Al2O3 powders with an average particle diameter of 40 nm and 100 nm, respectively. In this paper, the reason why the powder is spheroidized and the relationship between the specific surface area and the particle size of the powder during calcination are discussed.
